Using a special Kolsch Ale yeast, yet fermented at Lager temperatures, the resulting beer has some Ale & Lager characteristics. Typically lighter in body & somewhat crisper & refreshing like a Lager. Using German hopping, Perle, Mt. Hood, to create a robust hop bitter & flavour.
